Room 19 2011

Wow what a year we have had. We have had hundreds of earthquakes, days off from the snow but also lots of fun times. Room 19, I am very proud of the way you have dealt with all bad events this year, you are now more understanding of others, have more empathy and I think you are all closer to your friends and classmates than usual. You are an amazing class, I have loved teaching you this year. It is sad some people are moving on to other classes. My best memories of this year are - CO2 cars, making our blog and seeing your happy smiling faces each day. Merry Christmas to you and your families. Have a wonderful holiday and I look forward to seeing you all next year. Nicki Tempero

Today we had the semi finals of the Halswell School Year 3 and 4 Ripper World. Many tries were scored, many determined faces showed while racing down the field and many jubilant children.

Today we raced our cars, it was so much fun seeing the cars go fast, doing the odd flip and sometimes just stopping in the middle of the track. It was AMAZING. The cars were fast....because we designed them so well. Well done Room 19,

On Monday we had a BACKING BLACK DAY.  The whole school walked from the Domain down the main road in all our black gear.  We had an assembly, did jump jam and then we had 6 rotations doing rugby activities with our buddies.
